The Significance of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Leadership on Turnover Intention

Abstract:

High competition between companies requires every company to have and manage human resources that are good, active, skilled, creative and of above average quality so that they can compete with competing companies and companies must also have a good environment and be able to retain employees. However, the process carried out by companies to educate their employees to be of higher quality is often hampered by employees' decisions to leave the company. This is the main cause of wasted investment made by employees in the company. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction and leadership on turnover intention in a study of goods procurement employees in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The technique for determining the number of samples in thisresearch used saturated sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled, totaling 65 employees. The research results show that the work environment, job satisfaction and leadership have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, both partially and simultaneously
