Abstract:

This paper aims to assess the Basilan Ulama Supreme Council (BUSC)’s contexts on the effectiveness, impacts and challenges of social media as a tool for dahwa on its various approaches or methods. A qualitative-case study was used and respondents were selected based on certain criteria. The result of the study shows the relevance and effectiveness of social media as a tool for dahwa with some challenges to address.
