Step 1: Manuscript Submission
Prepare the manuscript according to our submission guidelines in view of Format of the Paper, Plagiarism, Citation and Referencing , Copyrights, etc., and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. The author has to clearly specify the title of journal in which the author intends to publish it. The papers should be sent in MS Word format only.
The authors will receive a unique Paper/Article code which the authors have to mention for all future communications.
Step 2: Review Process
All the journals go through double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
All manuscripts will undergo some editorial modification, therefore it is important to check proofs (content, language) carefully. The authors are requested to send the corrected copy within 48 hours to avoid delays in publication process.
Further, if the corrections required the authors will be communicated accordingly. If the errors, changes persist the publishers has full authority to reject the paper
Step 3: Acceptance or Rejection communication to the author
After the re-submission, the authors will be communicated about the acceptance/ rejection of the paper. Once the authors receive confirmation on the acceptance the authors are required to download the covering letter and copyright from the link given on the website menu and send it duly filled and signed by all the authors. For speedy publication process the authors can send scanned copy of the covering letter and copyright to email@example.com. Also, the authors are required to send the publication fee (details of which are given in the icon “Information to authors”).
If the paper is accepted, the authors will be communicated regarding the submission cue with regards to the probable Volume, Issues and Month.
Step 4: Pre – Publication
The authors will be sent print ready paper for final changes to the authors. The authors have to confirm the final copy for publication within 48 hours.
Step 5: Publication
The papers will be published and uploaded on the website. Accordingly the authors will be communicated through email. Also the authors will receive the receipt and the certificate of submission in soft copy.
